Halved dogs, skeletons with perfect teeth from India and a mummified zombie in a military container, even the taxidermied butterflies in the exhibition box - everything in the medical shipping warehouse comes back to life when, through an act of carelessness, a cloud of poison escapes from said barrel and contaminates the two clumsy employees Frank and Freddy.

In order to sweep the unpleasant situation under the carpet, they decide to burn the zombie, which has been disassembled into manageable parts, in the crematorium of the "Resurrection" funeral home in the adjacent cemetery.

This causes the poisonous smoke to enter the atmosphere and seep into the ground through the onset of rain, bringing the dead of the cemetery back to life. They come crawling out of their graves with only one thing on their minds: "Brain...Brain...!"
